is a media entrepreneur based in Berlin (Germany). He is the founder and organiser of Bitcoin Exchange Berlin (BXB), Europe’ first in-person Bitcoin exchange. Being interested in Austrian economy and monetary systems for some years, Aaron has blogged about Bitcoin since June 2011. In his main job he is the managing director of Bitfilm Networks GmbH, a production company that creates short animated films for clients, lately most of them Bitcoin start-ups.

He also serves as the General Secretary of the Global Bitcoin Alliance, a decentralised network of non-profit organisations that promote Bitcoin.

Aaron holds a master in communication from the University of the Arts Berlin. He has been working in the professional Internet industry since 1994.
